A Perfect Circle
Hopeful Chevelle - Send The Pain Below
APC rocked! First of all, the Burning Brides opened for APC on Saturday night. They were really awesome. They kinda had an old-school rock about them but it was still pretty awesome. The girl guitarist was off the hook. ;) I wish I could rock out like that. *nods* Alors, APC was awesome. Starting in the back from left to right you had James Iha, James Maynard, drummer, and then in the front row you had Twiggy and another random guitarist. On one of the songs, Maynard brought out the lead singer/lead guitarist of Burning Brides to play a guitar solo. It was obviously a good sign from Maynard that the Burning Brides were doing really well. We were all excited. Collin bought tickets for Travis and I. We were really excited to go, and it was equally as awesome and hyped. They play all the songs off of Thirteenth Step and some from Mer de Noms. They also talked a lot but not much. They gave an awesome show. Someone in their stage crew or band used to tour with Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails and they were playing snippets of Closer in the background while they were talking about whatever the situation was. lol... It was so awesome! This is definitely one of those things that needs to be rewarded. I'll pay Collin back one way or another! ;)
