Cream Puffs...
Chillin' The Package - A Perfect Circle

My cream puffs didn't turn out exactly like I wanted them to. They were good, but still bad. They were slightly burnt on the bottom and some of them flattened. They rose really well, though. Ah well... I don't think anyone in French Club is going to know the difference anyway... I just have to cut the top off of the puff and fill it with whip cream and top it all off with some powdered sugar to make it really nice. I hope that everyone really likes it. Tony's dad is so awesome. He helped me bake them and put them together. I love them. Easy recipe but one that you need to do with a ton of care. Y'know? Yeah...
